Vendors To our valued vendors: We truly value the business relationship we have built with you over the years and the manner in which we have worked together in the college bookstore marketplace. It is important for you to know that our doors are open and we are continuing to operate our business while we complete our recapitalization. We want to be clear that Nebraska Book Company intends to ultimately pay our vendors in full for ALL goods and services we received before June 27, 2011. However, the chapter 11 process requires us to wait until we complete our recapitalization before doing so.
